I started fitness back in 2005 after having my second child to lose weight. I became addicted to the results and decided to learn more about training and nutrition. Hobbies are really working out in my spare time that I have or relaxing at home. What motivates me are my 2 kids seeing their mom can juggle working FT, passion for fitness and also going back to school to pursue lifelong goals.
Fitness has always been a part of my life. After having three kids and putting on 75 pounds from my third child I told myself it's time to get back into shape. One day I walked into a gym and found Crossfit. This was where my fire was lit. After my first class I felt energized. Since then I never looked back. I want to share with others all that I've learned through my fitness experiences so they too can reach their fitness goals. My family, my health, and my drive are what keep me pushing. My hobbies are eating (counting macros) working out, and sports.
Working out I really began to appreciate my body and most importantly love myself. Not only my body, but my mind started to change. Working out is my therapy.
What motivates me is to be a better coach and become a personal trainer, knowing that I will be ready to help individuals reach their fitness goals.
Aside from working out I also enjoy long hikes, walking my dog, movies (FYI especially romance), and singing at church. These activities makes me really happy, alive, and above all, blessed.
I’ve been into fitness for 20+ years. I got into it because as a teenager I wanted to be “buff”, like most young people. Now that I’m older, my goals and style of how I train have changed.
Fitness has always been a part of my lifestyle, and once you start seeing and feeling the results, you get addicted. I switch up between training calisthenics and Muay Thai/Boxing to keep things fun and interesting.
My fitness journey started about 8 years ago when I hired my first personal trainer. From there, I fell in love with the PROCESS. Going to the gym and eating healthy.
A few years ago, I became a certified personal trainer because I want to share my love and knowledge for diet and fitness.
Health and fitness is a lifestyle so find what you love and enjoy the process.
I’ve struggled with being over weight almost my entire life, a constant battle.
In February of 2018 is when I had enough, I weighed 240lbs. Since then I’ve dropped 60 pounds! My passion then grew into a purpose. Being a fitness coach is one of life’s greatest accomplishments to have the privilege to service both adults and the youth.
What motivates me: My family, and clients. I strive to be the best example for everyone, to be the PROOF that anything can be done.
My hobby’s include: Crossfit, Boxing, Muay Thai, Rock Climbing, Bicycling, Body Surfing, Obstacle Races and last but not least coaching!
