YOU'LL GET A CHALLENGING SESSION OF FULL BODY CONDITIONING THROUGH A COMBINATION OF POWER, STRENGTH, CORE, AND CARDIO. WHICH ARE ALL METHODS FOR WHIPPING YOU INTO SHAPE.
